Flat surface cleaner distributes pressure evenly across the slab. No wand zebra lines. Consistent results across the whole surface.
Expansion joints, step edges, and corners get hand-detailed with a wand where the surface cleaner can't reach.
Surface rinsed clean. Adjacent landscaping and grass rinsed of any debris pushed off the concrete.
For surfaces with chronic algae from shade or moisture, a post-treatment application slows regrowth.
Before we leave, we walk the surface with you. Anything that didn't come up right gets another pass.

Not when done with a surface cleaner at the right pressure. We use a flat surface cleaner, not a wand, which distributes pressure evenly. Aggressive wand-only cleaning at close range can etch concrete — that is not our approach.
Yes. Algae on concrete patios is one of the most common jobs we do. It comes off fully in most cases, and we can apply a post-treatment to slow regrowth if the patio has chronic shade and moisture.
